We’re a growing international consultancy firm with offices in Brussels and Milan, specializing in sustainable buildings and cities. Our projects span certifications, studies, and guidance on energy, water, thermal comfort, biodiversity, and more. We work with renowned architects like Peter Zumthor, KAAN, David Chipperfield, and Snohetta, ensuring projects are truly sustainable and greenwashing-free.  
 
Our mission is to quantify as much as possible sustainable and circular economy solutions with one sole aim: contributing to a more sustainable world.  

Your Role

• Advise architects and project developers on sustainable building design and execution
• Coordinate certifications (BREEAM, WELL, DGNB) and sustainability studies: energy, comfort and material studies such as LCA, EPB, thermal simulations. Your brilliant colleagues will be performing the studies. We expect you to develop sufficient knowledge of these studies and certifications to effectively step into the role of a sustainability project manager.  
• Manage multidisciplinary projects from start to finish, serving as the client’s go-to expert
• Inspire clients to embrace future-proof, sustainable solutions and demonstrate you have a clear impact on your projects.

Profiel

What You Bring 

• MUST HAVE:  
  • Master's in Architecture. Experience level from 5 to 30 years. We welcome candidates from medior to senior amount of experience in project management. Experience in sustainable design will be seen as a clear benefit.  
  • Professional level of English and mother tongue Dutch or French
• Passion for sustainability and drive to make an impact
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn all about consultancy in sustainable design
• Go-getter mentality, genuine authenticity and strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections
• Organizational & entrepreneurial skills
